  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, customers must meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with tags and signatures contained.
  • The original proof of purchase tags (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Items clearly marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of damage from misuse

You may initiate a return by contacting our support team at aliexpress. In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, your support team will provide return instructions. Please contact us beforehand to ensure that they will not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping

In the case that the returned item is not defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping with tracking to ensure that the return is received, as we cannot offer this guarantee.

  1. Wrong or Damaged Goods

You only have a 7-day window from the time of delivery to let us know that an item you received is wrong, damaged, or defective.

Make sure to include:

Your order number

Pictures of the item, and of the delivery packaging

We will send a replacement or refund you at no cost.

  1. Refund Policy

We will update you once we complete the inspection of your return:

Your refund can be either rejected or approved.

Once your refund is approved, you will receive it on your original payment method.

We need 90 business days to process your refund.

  1. Exchanges

We do not currently do direct exchanges. In order to get a different item, return the original item, and place a new order.
